Jeannie Reid-CarterJeannie Reid-Carter

Home State: South Carolina. Education: BA in Advertising/Public Relations from University of SC. Certifications: AFAA, Les Mills, YogaFit, Balanced Body, Fitour, TRX.

Why I do what I do: Growing up playing soccer, field hockey, cheerleading I enjoy being active and healthy. I started teaching group exercise classes and personal training in 2007. I truly love the energy and atmosphere of a group exercise setting and coaching/changing each individual person through tailored exercise, motivation, and positive reinforcement.

Christi PotterChristi Potter

Christi is certified as a Personal Trainer Specialist and in Group Exercise. She also has a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. She has trained clients in aerobic exercise, resistance training and running for 5 years and recently joined the Sportsplex training team in August. She is a self-trained runner and has completed 18 marathons, three 50 K’s and a 50 mile race over the last 5 years. She has coached others from sedentary lifestyles to significant weight loss, and completing multiple marathons. She specializes in high intensity training that gets quick, extreme results from your workouts. Her true passion is helping others reach levels of fitness and self-esteem that they never dreamed possible and to be in the best shape of their life.

Meta Savage
Meta Savage

Meta found her passion in exercise after she joined The Sportsplex by HealthCARE Express and fell in love with Spinning, Bodypump and weight training. She pursued these interests by attending trainings and now teaches Les Mills Bodypump and Spinning classes in group fitness. She has joined the Personal Training team to continue helping others reach their fitness goals.

In her spare time she is a mother of 2 girls and works at St. Michaels as a registered nurse. Meta feels her medical background and knowledge helps her train her clients to achieve the results they desire.

Melissa Green

Melissa has a passion for motivating people into their full potential and seeing their dreams become realities. She is a firm believer that fitness not only improves your physical body, but your overall quality of life in and out of the gym.

 

 

 

 


Rob Ross

Robert Ross is a retired Airborne Army First Sergeant, who has spent over 24 years training, mentoring and insuring the welfare of the finest Airborne soldiers at various locations all over the world. After retirement, he became certified in certified in personal training, nutrition, and group exercise. Robert uses his military experience, where he was an Army certified Master Fitness trainer at the unit level. With this expertise, he was able to set and enforce fitness goals for all of his soldiers. All in all, he is able to form solid fitness goals and results for all patrons of the Sportsplex.
Robert works with all clients, but he specializes in youth training. Since retirement, he also worked as a Physical Education teacher, Assistant Football Coach, and an Army JROTC Instructor. He specializes in muscular endurance and strength training, cardiovascular endurance training, weight-lifting and sport specific training. Come in for a consult, and get a specialized fitness plan that will get results.
